Our journey begins by turning inward, embracing the truths that reside within us, and honoring the strength that has always been there. Together, we will explore and heal through deep somatic and energetic embodiment journeys, women’s circles, transformative retreats, sacred ceremonies, and enriching mentoring programs.

I am here to guide and support every woman whose path I cross, those who are open to rediscovering their true selves and stepping into their full potential. Here, you are seen, heard, and valued. Together, we rise, lifting each other up to create lives of fulfillment, joy, and purpose.

meet asta

ASTA is a Chicago-based women’s circle facilitator, trauma-informed somatic release breathwork practitioner, shamanic energy healer, and mystic mentor. Since 2018, she has been facilitating various conscious events and coaching women, guiding them on profound journeys of self-discovery and healing.

With years of experience in women’s empowerment and holistic healing, ASTA integrates a diverse range of modalities to support women in their personal transformations.

Her training includes certifications in NLP, Life Coaching, Shamanic Energy Healing, Mystery School teachings, and Somatic Release Breathwork. ASTA values her own transformational healing journey, working closely with medicine women, mentors, therapists, shamans, and embarking on deep journeys inward. She believes that growth is a never-ending journey and remains deeply committed to ongoing personal and professional development, always approaching her work as a perpetual student herself.

ASTA’s vision is to create safe spaces for women to reconnect with their true selves, remember their inner wisdom, and reclaim their unique gifts and innate power. Through her work, she aims to foster a nurturing community where women feel seen, heard, and empowered.
